    اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا، وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا، وَبِكَ نَحْيَا، وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ

    Allāhumma bika aṣbaḥnā, wa bika amsaynā, wa bika naḥyā, wa bika namūt, wa ilayka-n-nushūr.

    O Allāh, by You we enter the morning, and by You we enter the evening; by You we live, and by You we die, and to You is the resurrection. (in the morning)

    اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا، وَبِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا، وَبِكَ نَحْيَا، وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ

    Allāhumma bika amsaynā, wa bika aṣbaḥnā, wa bika naḥyā, wa bika namūt, wa ilayka-l-maṣīr.

    O Allāh, by You we enter the evening... and to You is the ultimate return. (in the evening)

    سَيِّدُ الِاسْتِغْفَارِ: اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

    Sayyidu-l-istighfār : Allāhumma anta rabbī lā ilāha illā anta, khalaqtanī wa anā ʿabduk, wa anā ʿalā ʿahdika wa waʿdika ma-staṭaʿt, aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ṣanaʿt, abū'u laka bi-niʿmatika ʿalayy, wa abū'u bi-dhanbī fa-ghfir lī, fa-innahu lā yaghfiru-dh-dhunūba illā ant.

    The Master of Seeking Forgiveness: O Allāh, You are my Lord, there is no deity except You. You created me, and I am Your servant, and I am abiding by Your covenant and Your promise as much as I am able. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have committed. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me, and I acknowledge my sins, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.

    حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ، عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

    Ḥasbiya-llāhu lā ilāha illā huwa, ʿalayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbu-l-ʿarshi-l-ʿaẓīm.

    Allāh suffices me; there is no deity except Him. In Him I have put my trust, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.

    اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

    Allāhumma ʿāfinī fī badanī, Allāhumma ʿāfinī fī samʿī, Allāhumma ʿāfinī fī baṣarī, lā ilāha illā ant.

    O Allāh, grant me health in my body, my hearing, and my sight. There is no deity except You.

    اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

    Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-kufri wa-l-faqr, wa aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi-l-qabr, lā ilāha illā ant.

    O Allāh, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty, and from the torment of the grave. There is no deity except You.

    اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي

    Allāhumma innī as'aluka-l-ʿafwa wa-l-ʿāfiyata fi-d-dunyā wa-l-ākhirah, Allāhumma innī as'aluka-l-ʿafwa wa-l-ʿāfiyata fī dīnī wa dunyāya wa ahlī wa mālī.

    O Allāh, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allāh, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly life, my family, and my possessions.

  8. 8

    أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

    Aṣbaḥnā wa aṣbaḥa-l-mulku li-llāh, wa-l-ḥamdu li-llāh, lā ilāha illa-llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahu-l-mulku wa lahu-l-ḥamdu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shay'in qadīr.

    We have entered the morning, and with it all sovereignty belongs to Allāh; all praise is to Allāh. There is no deity except Allāh, the One, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and all praise, and He is over all things competent.

    اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَصْبَحَ بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَلَكَ الشُّكْرُ

    Allāhumma mā aṣbaḥa bī min niʿmatin aw bi-aḥadin min khalqika fa-minka waḥdaka lā sharīka lak, fa-laka-l-ḥamdu wa laka-sh-shukr.

    O Allāh, any blessing I have received in this morning, or anyone from Your creation, is from You alone, without partner; to You is all praise and to You is all gratitude.

    رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا، وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ نَبِيًّا

    Raḍītu bi-llāhi rabbā, wa bi-l-islāmi dīnā, wa bi-Muḥammadin ﷺ nabiyyā.

    I am content with Allāh as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with Muḥammad ﷺ as my Prophet.

  11. 11

    يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ، أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ، وَلَا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ

    Yā Ḥayyu yā Qayyūm, bi-raḥmatika astaghīth, aṣliḥ lī sha'nī kullah, wa lā takilnī ilā nafsī ṭarfata ʿayn.

    O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting, I seek help by Your mercy. Rectify all my affairs and do not entrust me to myself even for the blink of an eye.

    لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

    Lā ilāha illa-llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahu-l-mulku wa lahu-l-ḥamdu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shay'in qadīr.

    There is no deity except Allāh, the One, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and all praise, and He is over all things competent.
